Tianjin Co-Working Developing Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2008. Our company now employs 200 employees of whom 50 are professional technical personnel. Our company is a comprehensive steel manufacturer integrating production, processing and trade all in one. The company's premises are located in China largest steel production base on Mengcun Hui Nationality Autonomous County, which is well known as the "County of Elbow and Pipe Fitting in China". we focus on the production of seamless steel pipe ,welded steel pipe, spiral steel pipe, JCOE steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe, butt welding pipe fittings, flange and so on. Our Factory
Tianjin Co-Working Developing Co., Ltd. covers a land area of approx. 40,000sqm. Our company now owns 12production lines. The annual output is 500,000 tons. Implementing ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System in the all-round way. We pay great attention on the quality of the steel pipe, the way of inspection is advanced, have the online and offline ultrasonic test, steel flat head chamfering machine, hydraulic test, as well as the cental of test parent metal chemical composition and mechanical properties and so on.
Our Product
The company can produce all kinds of specifications steel pipe by the standard of API, ASTM, EN, JIS, BS, Din, GB and so on. Steel Grade: Gr.A. Gr.B, X42 X80, S235,S355,ST33,ST37,ST52,etc.
Sizes can produce (1/8”-32”)thickness of wall(0.5-50mm)of seamless steel pipe. Diameter (1/8”-24”) thickness of wall(0.5-20mm) of (ERW)electric-resistance welded steel pipe, Diameter (18”-48”)thickness of wall(8.0-60mm) of (LSAW/JCOE) line saw pipe straight, Diameter (24”-100”)thickness of wall(8.0-60mm) of T- welded pipe.
We also can produce a series of high medium and low pressure industrial pipe fittings in different specifications, such as elbows, reducers, tees, pipe caps and flanges. Our testing and detecting equipment is perfect enough to do chemical analysis, metallic analysis, physical experiment, non-destructive inspection and so on. For years, we have insisted on the management theory of quality first, constantly improving our skill. We have produced a lot of quality products for the industries including electricity, chemistry, petrochemical, pharmacy, boiler, heating supply and shipbuilding. We can also develop new products according to the requirements of our clients.

Production Equipment
We are mainly equipped with hot-rolled punching machine, interactive cold-drawing machine with double-core rod, automatic rotary pipe rolling mill, tube straightening machine, non-water cooling annealing furnace and other ancillary equipment such as surface picking and coating machines. There are detectors for all kinds of physical and chemical tests and experiments and we also have eddy current flaw detectors and ultrasonic flaw detectors for high, medium and low pressure seamless steel pipes in the laboratory. The advanced inspection methods and perfect equipment will meet all the demands of test for the products.
